St Paul's Bay is situated in the North East of the island of Malta, 16km from the capital city Valletta. The localities of Burmarrad, Qawra, Bugibba, Xemxija, Mselliet, San Martin and part of Bidnija, Mistra and Ghajn Tuffieha form part of the San Pawl il-Bahar Local Council.
